There are organised people, and then there’s Georgie.
As Client Services Lead, Georgie is the person making sure clients feel looked after, projects keep moving, and nothing important gets lost in the delightful chaos of phone calls, emails, meetings, deadlines and last-minute “quick questions”.
With over 10 years of digital marketing experience behind her, Georgie has worked across a wide range of campaigns, clients and moving parts. She understands what good marketing needs, but more importantly, she understands what good client service feels like. Clear communication, proper listening, proactive thinking and making sure people get what they need before they have to chase for it.
Georgie is a natural people person, which is a polite way of saying she can keep clients happy, teams aligned and deadlines under control without making it look like a military operation. Although, judging by her inbox organisation, there might be a colour-coded system involved somewhere.
Her role is all about keeping client relationships strong and making sure the work we deliver is joined up, considered and properly managed from start to finish. She listens carefully, remembers the little details and genuinely cares about the outcomes we produce, which makes her a perfect fit for a team that prides itself on doing things properly, not just making things look pretty.
In short, Georgie keeps people happy, projects moving and standards high, which is exactly what our clients need, and exactly why we’re very glad she’s here.
